Colin Tarlamis has been appointed as a Director based out of the Notting Hill office and will focus on the south east Melbourne market and Daniel De Sanctis has been appointed as a Manager based in our Melbourne CBD office and will work on the Northern industrial precinct.
In 2020, Industrial & Logistics was the only sector to record an increase in sales volumes in Australia (+13%), as activity dipped across the office, retail and hotel asset classes.
